Outage at Boyne Island and Tannum Sands due to storm damage – repairs ongoing

Dreamtilt is aware of an outage at Boyne / Tannum as a result of the storm.

Unfortunately it appears that our access point radios that allows customers to connect to the Internet have been damaged due to a lightning strike that occurred on the tower.

We have been trying to repair from the ground, but at this stage the radios may need replacement and will require a tower climb to remove and replace the radios, and due to the weather and safety access issues, this is unlikely to occur until Monday or Tuesday.

We will continue to try and fix the issues, however please be aware that there is no ETA over the weekend for repair as we will need to schedule a tower climb and equipment for either Monday or Tuesday to replace the radios.

UPDATE: All radios have now been repaired and all services are back online. If you continue to have issues please contact us on 1300 306 126 or email admin@dreamtilt.com.au or message us at facebook.com/Dreamtilt
