A small outage pain – for a large capacity gain
Well … what a day. With a big change planned there was no doubt going to be a few teething issues. Unfortunately these dragged out a bit longer than planned through the day.
Fortunately the end result is that we have had a large fiber capacity upgrade today with more bandwidth and connections. Also the upgrade also means we have the capacity to grow higher than 100Gb … if we really wanted to.
So whilst there was some slightly extended pain with speeds as we completed the upgrade (no outages)… the end result is a much better future for Dreamtilt and its customers.
